Fiona Hall and director of the UK Association for the Conservation of Energy, Andrew Warren, on their way to meet the senior civil servant responsible for drafting the Czech National Energy Efficiency Action Plan. Fiona, who is writing the European Parliament's report on EU wide plans on energy efficiency, was on a fact-finding visit to Prague to hear from industry reps about how well energy efficiency laws are being put into practice in the Czech Republic. Polling station officials are still writing up the results of the count and filling in the necessary forms, having been at work since 5am the previous day.
